Counselling with a Registered Migration Agent
The Australian visa system is very complex, and information available on the website of the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) can often be confusing and extensive, but sometimes also incomplete.
If you want to apply for a visa for Australia, it is not obligatory to hire a Registered Migration Agent, but an agent can save your time and money when choosing the suitable visa type for you and guiding you through the whole process.
Sometimes small details in your application for a Visitor visa only can affect the outcome of the process, let alone for other visas that require much more time, effort and money. It happens that mistakes made in the visa application can lead to refusals or to having your options limited when applying again in the future.
Registered Migration Agent cannot guarantee that your visa will be granted, as we are forbidden to do so according to our registration and the rules we follow.
The decision on whether your visa is granted or refused is issued by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
Registered Migration Agent can give you a professional advice and guidance based on the knowledge and experience, and can also work on increasing your chances of getting a visa granted, but must not guarantee that your visa will be granted.
Our company has been operating since 2016 when it was registered as Baxvel Pty Ltd in Australia, and since June 2018 it has been also registered in Serbia as Baxvel doo Beograd. Baxvel Company provides immigration assistance for all types of visas for Australia and in general, supports its clients in all migration matters.
Besides Vera, Ljiljana Sorban, who is also a qualified Education Agent, works in our company, too. All our employees work under the supervision of Vera Radisavljevic who has a complete insight into every case that we represent, from the beginning to the final outcome.
We sign a client agreement with our clients and commit ourselves to honesty in presenting their chances for getting a visa granted or regarding other issues, as required by the Code of Conduct and the Consumer Guide.

On our website in the section Visa types, you have listed the most frequent types of visas. The information provided on our website is valid at the time of publication, but there may be certain exceptions due to the changes in Australian visa regulations that depend on the Department of Home Affairs.
If you need advice from a Registered Migration Agent, we suggest that you schedule a consultation, because the information on our website is general and is not adapted to your circumstances.
A complete list of visas for Australia can be found here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing
You can also find all the visa application charge (VAC) for every type of visa. These fees are paid to the Department of Home Affairs when lodging your visa application. You can find the price list: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/fees-and-charges/current-visa-pricing/live
The services of the Registered Migration Agent are not included in the above-mentioned fees. The VAC is the expense that you inevitably have to cover if there is a fee for a given visa type, regardless of whether you hired us for assistance or not.

Price of our services
It is possible to pay our services in parts. We begin to work once we receive the first part of the payment or the whole amount. The full amount of our services must be paid before lodging a visa application.
Regardless of the outcome, the money paid for our services will not be refunded to you, nor the money spent on covering the visa application charge (VAC) that will also not be refunded to you by the Department of Home Affairs, except in special cases (change of laws, change of policies, etc.).
For group applications we give discount on our services.
The convenience for many of our customers is the possibility to pay from Australia in AUD to the account of the Baxvel Pty Ltd Australia.
Payment instructions are available here.
