Decision Review

When can I ask for a decision review?

In the visa application process the decision depends on the Australian Department of Home Affairs, and it may happen that the client does not agree with the decision and wants to ask for a decision to be review. Most often this is the case when the visa is refused or cancelled.

How to request a decision review?

Our Registered Migration Agent and Australian Solicitor Vera Radisavljevic can give you the most adequate immigration advice and tell you whether you can request a decision review for the given case and what is the procedure for it, or what other options you have to reach the desired goal.

How can we help you?

We can represent you before the Australian Department of Home Affairs or other relevant body by preparing the appeal procedure and supporting your case with all relevant evidence.

For those clients whose cases we have not been working on previously, we advise those clients whose case we haven’t been working on to book a consultation where our Registered Migration Agent can get the complete insight into all of your circumstances and then give you the best advice.
